The Malcolm Hotel is a proud member of Les Clef d'Or International and offers the only full-service Concierge in Canmore. We are happy to assist with planning your upcoming itinerary, requests during your stay, or anything else that may assist in making your stay with us unforgettable. Our team of local concierges is happy to share their in-depth knowledge of Canmore, Kananaskis, and the Rocky Mountains. If we have the honor of hosting you for a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, make sure to let us know prior to your arrival.

The Concierge desk is located in the Grand Lobby on the main level and is open from 9am - 9pm daily.
