BOOKING FACTS
• The Malcolm Hotel weddings can be booked
year-round, pending availability.
• You can book your wedding 12 months in
advance, with the exception of July and August,
where there are no booking restrictions.
• The Malcolm Hotel will host weddings that have
two components; guest rooms and a food and
beverage event. We cannot accommodate
ceremony-only events.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE
• A complimentary Mountain View Royal King
guestroom on the wedding night.
• Round or rectangular dinner tables, white linen
table cloths and napkins, white china, glassware,
silverware, chairs, guestbook table, cake table
• Dancefloor, podium, microphone, projector,
screen & stage.
• Any additional décor is the responsibility of the
couple.
