The Stirling Experience offers refined mountain dining in the heart of Canmore. Overlooking Policeman’s Creek and the surrounding Rocky Mountain peaks, guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted à la carte dishes, chef-curated tasting menus, and optional wine pairings in an intimate and welcoming setting.
