Every Friday and Saturday, the Stirling Grill transforms into the King’s Table Experience — an unforgettable evening of refined dining at The Malcolm Hotel. Hosted by Chef Graham and our exceptional food and beverage team, this chef-driven culinary journey offers curated three- and five-course menus. Guests may select from a variety of seasonal dishes, including vegetarian options, with optional sommelier-selected wine pairings to elevate each course.
