A Message from Our General Manager Regarding current Alberta Health services restrictions
Updated Wednesday April 7th, 2021
Since March 2020 The Malcolm Hotel has been a socially responsible community leader in ensuring the health and safety of our guests and team members.
We would like to take this opportunity to share that The Malcolm Hotel is complying with the new Provincial restrictions. Although dining inside our restaurant, will temporarily close as of noon on Friday, April 9th, our culinary team has revised our Take-Away, Room Service and Patio Dining Experience to serve your taste buds. For those guests joining us in our Royal Suites, Chef Graham Smith will be reintroducing our legendary Kings Chamber Dinner as an upgraded dining experience. Our Outdoor Creekside Fire Table bookings will remain available, and The Pulse Coffee Shop is ready for take-out service. The Stirling Atrium and Highland Games Lounge, although not open for service, are still phenomenal spots to sit and enjoy a coffee and a good book. These areas, as public space, are mask mandatory areas, BUT the views from our windows can help remind you of the beauty surrounding us here in the Canadian Rockies.
The Malcolm Hotel has implemented the following restrictions, in response to the Provincial Stage 1 return:
Effective Immediately:
For our valued guests with booked reservations, we understand that some of you may opt to change your travel plans, and we want you to know we understand! If you have booked a nonrefundable reservation, our team would be happy to credit the dollar value of your current booking for a future travel date later in the year.
We very much look forward to welcoming you through the doors when you are ready.
Thank you for choosing The Malcolm Hotel Hotel.
We hope to see you soon.
